Free shipping: Available for all orders delivered within India. All Free Shipping orders will be processed by Registered Indian Post.
Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 2-3 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 8-10 business days.
Delivery Liability: JC Earthcrafts is not responsible for delays by the courier company or postal authorities.
Delivery Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number, to facilitate faster delivery of your orders.
Service Confirmation: Delivery of our services will be confirmed via Courier Tracking ID or on-call.

We offer an exchange or refund for genuinely defective products. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, and keep the tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product.
Returns are only accepted for damaged products. The customer is responsible for return shipping. To claim a refund, record an unboxing video and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. The video must be genuine and unedited.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Used or washed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Each item can only be exchanged once.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Full-priced items cannot be exchanged if later discounted. No additional promotions or coupons can be applied to discounted items. Discounts may change without notice, and claims will not be considered.
